Pets truly are family. Their presence brings immeasurable joy, unconditional love and a unique kind of companionship to our lives. They are there to celebrate our victories, offer comfort in times of sorrow and provide unwavering loyalty throughout every season of life.
Building upon the profound bond between families and their animal companions, August 18th marked a momentous day for Sojourner Center as we celebrated the grand opening of our Pet Companion Services Expansion Project. This expansion includes six renovated, pet-friendly units with direct access to our new pet park. With this new addition to our shelter, we have created a space where families can embark on their healing journey alongside their animal companions.
This project would not have been possible without the dedicated support of our partners, HomeAid, Taylor Morrison and so many others.
