Moms play an incredible role in the lives of their children.
As an organization that provides support to survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault and human trafficking, we recognize the strength, resilience and unconditional love that mothers bring to their families. Mother’s Day is a special occasion that gives us the opportunity to honor and celebrate these extraordinary women who displayed great strength and courage to seek refuge in our shelter.
We are honoring motherhood this month by partnering with CP Skin to offer facial treatments from licensed estheticians to the survivors we serve. We believe that self-care is essential to a person’s well-being, and we want to provide our participants with a moment of relaxation and pampering.
To all the mothers in our care and beyond, we celebrate you, we appreciate you and we stand with you. We are grateful for the opportunity to support and empower so many women on their journey toward healing and hope. Happy Mother’s Day!
