This past month, we were thrilled to welcome our community partners to Sojourner Center’s Celebration on Independence Way. This open house was an opportunity to share the beautiful new renovations to our Transitional Housing campus. These improvements reflect our ongoing commitment to creating safe, dignified spaces where survivors can continue their healing journeys. A very special thank-you to QuikTrip, Phoenix Suns/Phoenix Mercury Foundation, and HomeAid Phoenix for helping make this important work possible. Together, we stand alongside survivors, offering resources designed to empower and support survivors as they rebuild their lives.

Sojourner Center’s Transitional Housing Program serves as a key stepping stone for individuals and families moving toward greater independence. With 32 transitional apartments and up to two years of supportive services, the program provides the stability survivors need to plan for their futures. Our Transitional Housing team partners one‑on‑one with survivors to help strengthen life skills, pursue economic stability, and prepare for long‑term safety and success.
