Donate Goods or Services
We are accepting new, unwrapped holiday gifts.
Non-Holiday Related Donations
*As a result of Sojourner Center’s (COVID safe distance sheltering) diminished occupancy and capacity, the families are not accessing the same amount of items from the Resource Center. As we begin to receive holiday drive gifts, we are reaching storage capacity.
Until the Holiday Season has passed, we’re suspending donations that are not related to the Holidays.
*Staff will be onsite to accept all Amazon Wishlist Item deliveries for ongoing needs. Basic needs include new twin bedding (blankets, sheet sets, pillows, mattress pads, mattress protectors), new towels, new full-size hygiene items, diapers/wipes.
Sojourner Resource Center
Victims of domestic violence often escape with nothing but the clothes they are wearing. Sojourner Center offers an on-site resource center where participants can rebuild their lives, one piece at a time. Using a voucher system, participants shop for clothing and shoes as well as small household items and cosmetics. We do not sell to the public.
The Sojourner Resource center is not a thrift store. All items that you donate will go directly to participants of our programs.
Q: Does your donation pass the “love test”?
A: If you would willingly give your donation to a family member or friend to use or wear, it passes the “love test”.
If the item is dirty, broken, or outdated we will have no use for it. Please review our Top Needs monthly for updates. If you have any questions regarding a potential donation & appointment please reach out to the Resource Development Manager at firstname.lastname@example.org for clarification.
