Sojourner Center’s Transitional Housing Program provides access to safe housing and a vital stepping-stone toward independence and self-sufficiency for survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking. Our program offers up to two years of supportive services with 32 transitional apartments designed to provide survivors with needed tools and support.
By focusing on the big picture of survivorship—encompassing emotional well-being, financial stability, and educational advancement—our Transitional Housing Program helps break the cycle of abuse, paving the way toward a brighter future. We strive to address immediate safety concerns and create sustainable pathways for long-term success and independence. When survivors complete the program, they leave equipped with the tools and resources necessary to thrive in the community, confident in their ability to maintain stable housing and pursue personal growth. Sojourner Center stands firmly by every participant’s side, offering encouragement and resources designed to transform challenges into opportunities for a healthier, happier life.
