Transitional Housing

Sojourner Center’s Transitional Housing Program provides access to safe housing and a vital stepping-stone toward independence and self-sufficiency for survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking. Our program offers up to two years of supportive services with 32 transitional apartments designed to provide survivors with needed tools and support.

Individualized Case Management

Our skilled case managers work closely with each survivor to access their unique needs, develop personalized plans and provide ongoing support and advocacy.

Child Development Center

We provide a licensed, 5-star Quality First accredited school, offering comprehensive care and early learning opportunities to children from birth to age twelve.
