When Jordan*, a survivor of human trafficking, joined our Community Outreach Program, she and her child were homeless, moving from place to place and unsure of the future. Focused on finding stable employment, improving budget skills and addressing her behavioral health needs, Jordan was determined to create a better life.

With the support of her case manager, Jordan accessed crucial services, including emotional health support, helping her feel more grounded and capable. She secured a job and arranged childcare services for her child. Jordan was able to move into her own place marking a significant milestone in her journey toward independence and stability.

Jordan’s story is a testament to resilience, determination and the power of community support. We are incredibly proud of her accomplishments and remain committed to supporting her on her journey.

If you or someone you know are being impacted by human trafficking, sexual assault or domestic violence, please reach out to our 24/7 hotline at (602)244-0089. You are not alone.
