
Residential Services
Sojourner Center is comprised of two campuses: a crisis shelter and a transitional apartment complex. Sojourner Center staff provides a continuum of care services to thousands of women and children fleeing domestic violence from all over the country. Our services range from supporting the basic needs of a family to providing residential and childcare programs.
Sojourner provides
- Up to 120 days of emergency shelter services in a secure living area with 24-hour staff.
- Up to 2 years of supportive services through 32 transitional living apartments.
- Comprehensive childcare services, such as access to daily childcare available through our onsite 5 Star Quality First, ADHS licensed Child Development Center.
- Individualized case management focusing on safety, healing, education, housing, self-sufficiency and independence.
